There is a new way to earn PE credit through sports participation. Students participating in sports for the 2017-18 season and on must use the new procedure to earn credit. To earn credit, students must complete a Directed Athletics Form by their sports season specified date. Fall athletes deadline to complete the form for fall is October 20, Winter December 1 and Spring March 9.
The form can be obtained from the main office, counseling office or students advisory teacher. After obtaining signatures from a parent/guardian, athletic director and physical education department heard, students will gain access to a twelve week online course called Directed Athletics.
