Transcript Requests

Current Transcript Request

This is for current Mt. Rainier Students who might need to get their transcripts for current applications.

For Seniors looking to request their Final Transcript, we ask that they complete the google form shared with them in their check out process. 

Transcripts can be requested through the platforms CommonApp, Coalition, or SendEDU. These platforms allow for multiple schools to receive official transcripts. Some schools have a specific email or platform to upload transcripts. Counselors do NOT have access to upload transcripts through Naviance or Parchment. 

Platform Request -

To request a transcript through Common App, Coalition, or SendEDU please add your counselor to your account with their: firstname.lastname@highlineschools.org

DO NOT USE your counselor's gmail account (the email should end with @highlineschools.org not @g.highlineschools.org)

Paper and Email Requests -

If you have a school that is not on one of those platforms - please add your counselor or send the email address for where transcripts can be submitted to Wanda Gladney, our Counseling Secretary. 

If no email address is offered, please bring a self addressed and stamped envelope to the counseling office. Set up an appointment with Ms. Gladney at wanda.gladney@highlineschools.org

Former student transcript request

If you already graduated, please email MRHS Transcripts to request your official transcript. 

When requesting transcripts, please provide:

• Legal Name
• Year Graduated
• Birthdate
• Photo ID
