Signs of Suicide (SOS) is a mental health training for students, staff, and families to help show support and prevent suicide. If in immediate crisis, please call 9-8-8.
Through SOS, students learn how to ACT:
Acknowledge - acknowledge that there is something going on that worries you.
Care - show you care and value the person
Tell - talk with a trusted adult
